A detached double story house set on the side of a hill overlooking it's own vineyard and surrounding valley.

Casaschino offers privacy and tranquil living within a rural environment.

Casaschino offers a self catering experience, including a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms each with shower and toilet facilities, private garden and exclusive use to the pool.

Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and hob, washing machine and separate shower and bathroom downstairs.

The lounge consists of ample space for the family to sit and relax after a days sightseeing.

Equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD for viewing films, IPod/AM/FM/CD music entertainment system, english reading novels and board games to play with the family, you won't be short of entertainment.

The air conditioner ensures a pleasant climate throughout the living area during the hot summer months.


The 3 bedrooms are all located on the first floor and share the upstairs bathroom:
  • The main bedroom consists of a double bed with hanging wardrobe and drawers.
  • Views from the window overlook the private garden, and stunning views of the hill top village of Casasco.
  • The second bedroom consists 2 single beds which can be joined to become a double bed if required.

  • The third bedroom is a small, and consists of a single bed with a pull out trundle underneath, suitable for 2 children or one adult .
  • Views from this window look across the vineyard, pool and valley.

The pool, 3.5 x 7 metres and 1.35 metres in depth (Approx 4 feet deep), overlooks the vineyard and the 'Grua Valley' with the Italian Alps visible on a clear day in the distance.
